Open Memo Time For 1Ls

We're glad to see so many of you using the library's resources as you delve into your research.

Keep in mind: Your friendly law librarians are here to help. We're on reference duty - on the desk or in our offices - during the posted hours. And do not feel shy to email or call Michael or Kim outside those hours too.

And if your LRW strategies faded away a bit during the winter break, take a look at our LRW Research Guide (LibGuide).

If you have questions - Where do I start my research? When do I use the CED and when do I use the Abridgment? What do I use Summon for?  - there's a tab for that.

And if you...err...never got a chance to get your Westlaw/Carswell or LexisNexis/Quicklaw password, it's not too late. Don't hesitate to ask at the reference desk or to see Kim. (We won't judge - really.)

Now that academics, lawyers, and commentors have had time to consider the judgment and are back in gear for the new year, we'll likely see much more.

In the comments we'll post links to relevant discussion as we come across it; please feel free to do the same.
